Di Matteo wins „innovation award Münsterland“
At the innovation award Münsterland the Beckum Di Matteo company has been been allocated with the 3. award. For the new innovative Weigh tube “ODM-WeighTUBE” the company received the “Innovation-Oscar”. With the ODM-WeighTUBE secondary fuels like municipal solid waste or industrial waste, can be weighted fast an exactly. The raw materials will be burnt within the process of cement production as a substitute for fossil fuels like heating oil.
ODM-WeighTUBE has a minimum maintenance requirement, is easy to integrate in existing plants and has a low overall height and a compact design. The new system can be designated as “groundbreaking” for this kind of dosing.
All in all 71 companies from the Münsterland had advertised for the innovation award. Their ideas were widespreaded and taken directly from life in many cases. The innovative products, materials, concepts or research results submitted as a candidature, have to be developed in the “Münsterland”, applicable in practise and also marketable.
The action Münsterland assigns an award to businessmen and scientists, who have developed particular innovative products and processes.
As an evidence for the marketability and readiness for application it is valid, that the innovation is already used econommically or that the econommical use is in store evidently.
