At the trade fair SOLIDS & RECYCLING-TECHNIK Dortmund 2026, Prof. Dr Dominik Aufderheide from South Westphalia University of Applied Sciences will present a keynote on “Intelligent bulk material discharge based on 3D vision”. The DI MATTEO Group supports the research project as an industrial partner.

In cooperation with South Westphalia University of Applied Sciences, the DI MATTEO Group conducted a research project investigating how artificial intelligence (AI) can optimise the conveying behaviour of bucket elevators – particularly for alternative fuels.

Moritz Nawrot receives Innovation Award

We would like to congratulate Moritz Nawrot once again on receiving the Innovation Award of South Westphalia University of Applied Sciences at the Soest campus. The university honoured his outstanding bachelor’s thesis in electrical engineering, which was completed as part of his dual study programme at DI MATTEO Förderanlagen GmbH & Co. KG.
