Application
Air Separator are designed for continuous separation of bulk materials in a vertical air stream and are particularly suitable for removal of heavy particles in mechanical conveying systems. They are applied especially in the processing of alternative fuels and other bulk materials.
Efficient air classification for a wide range of bulk materials
DI MATTEO Air Separators enable precise separation of bulk materials by means of a controlled air flow. Depending on process requirements, classification can be carried out with ambient air or with hot air if simultaneous drying is required. Separation is based on the interaction of aerodynamic forces and gravity, allowing defined discharge of the respective material fractions.
