Application
Air Slides are used for low-dust transport of fluidisable bulk materials over extended distances. Typical applications include feeding of silo systems, loading installations and classifier circuits.

Economical and dust-free conveying
DI MATTEO Air Slides operate on the principle of fluidisation, in which the bulk material is loosened and exhibits fluid-like flow behaviour. This enables low-dust and material-gentle conveying, particularly for fine, free-flowing, abrasive or dusty bulk materials. The enclosed design supports low-loss operation, even across long conveying distances.
Robust design and process-reliable configuration
The compact, enclosed construction reduces external influences on the conveying process and minimises wear. Air Slides are designed for continuous operation and are suitable for industrial applications with increased requirements for operational reliability and service life.
