ODM - Pipe Conveyors RGF
Energy-efficient, continuous conveying of bulk materials over long distances, including curved routes, with DI MATTEO Pipe Conveyors
Application
Pipe Conveyor transports bulk materials within a closed, tubular belt system. It is particularly suited for long conveying distances with horizontal and vertical curves, as well as for applications with increased requirements for dust control and secure material containment.
Safe and economical material transport
DI MATTEO Pipe Conveyors convey bulk materials reliably and efficiently within a fully enclosed system over long distances. The closed design protects the conveyed material from environmental influences while significantly reducing dust emissions and material losses. By forming the belt into a pipe, the material remains fully enclosed throughout the entire conveying process.
Robust design and system adaptability
Thanks to their compact design and high flexibility in route layout, pipe conveyors are well suited for demanding environments and restricted installation spaces. The system can be integrated into existing plant structures and provides a dependable solution for a wide range of bulk materials and project-specific conveying routes.
Flexibility for curves and inclines
The tubular belt design allows safe handling of tight horizontal and vertical curves as well as inclines of up to 27°, depending on the bulk material. The self-supporting belt construction enables large support spans, eliminating intermediate transfer points and ensuring continuous, efficient material flow.
Benefits
- Continuous, uniform material flow
- Enclosed design for low-dust conveying
- Curve negotiation in both horizontal and vertical alignment
