The DI MATTEO Belt Weigh Feeder GraviSCALE provides continuous and reliable monitoring of bulk material throughput in automated production processes. The integrated weighing system measures and controls mass flow precisely, ensuring uniform dosing performance. The wide control range allows use in various industrial applications.
Robust design and flexible integration
GraviSCALE features a compact and mechanically robust design for straightforward integration into existing plants. Belt widths from 650 mm to 2,000 mm and centre distances of up to approx. 10,000 mm allow adaptation to specific installation requirements. Various inlet configurations are available to ensure controlled material feed, largely independent of bulk material characteristics.
Efficient control and low maintenance requirements
The Belt Weigh Feeder is designed for low energy consumption, high availability and minimal maintenance. The in-house GravitAS control system, optionally based on Siemens S7, enables intuitive operation and supports reduced training and service effort. An optional remote maintenance module is available for monitoring and diagnostic purposes.
