Efficient deagglomeration and loosening of bulk materials using the DI MATTEO Deagglomerator
Application
The Deagglomerator is designed to break down agglomerates and lumps in free-flowing bulk materials. It stabilises material flow and protects downstream process equipment from blockages or overload.
Deagglomeration and material conditioning
The DI MATTEO Deagglomerator loosens and breaks up agglomerates by means of intermeshing crushing tools and discharges the material in a controlled manner. The tool arrangement supports a uniform bulk material structure and reduces disturbances within the material stream. Depending on configuration, the system is available as a single-shaft or multi-shaft unit.
Adjustable size reduction
The degree of size reduction is defined by the selected crushing tools and can be adapted to specific material requirements. Capacities of up to approx. 450 m³/h and adjustable output sizes between approx. 10 mm and 250 mm allow process-specific design.
Robust design and straightforward integration
The compact design enables integration into existing plant layouts. Highly wear-resistant materials in exposed areas ensure durable operation, including with demanding bulk materials. The structured mechanical layout supports low maintenance requirements.
