The Debaler is designed for automatic opening and loosening of packaged or compacted bulk materials supplied in bales or big bales.
Automatic bale opening of bales
Processing of packaged bulk materials presents operational challenges in many facilities. Manual processes are time-consuming, labour-intensive and involve operational risks. The fully automatic DI MATTEO Debaler performs bale opening in a controlled and reliable manner. It processes various packaging types as well as compacted bales and big bales with volumes of up to approx. 2 m³.
High throughput with controlled operating costs
An upstream conveyor belt feeds the bales to the Debaler rotor in a controlled manner. The packaging film is shredded, ensuring that the bulk material remains free from contamination. The bulk material is loosened and deagglomerated before being discharged. Throughputs of up to approx. 80 bales per hour are achievable.
Robust design and straightforward integration
The debaler is designed for low energy consumption and long service life of wear components. It represents a cost-efficient alternative to costly and maintenance-intensive shredders. The compact construction allows integration into existing plant layouts. The robust mechanical design supports reliable operation under industrial conditions.
