The Discharging Agitator RotoEX is designed for the reliable discharge of poor-flowing bulk materials from silo installations. It is used where bridging must be prevented and a consistent material withdrawal is required.
Efficient silo discharge with the RotoEX system
The proven Discharging Agitator RotoEX supports uniform bulk material discharge, even with poor-flowing materials. Rotating agitators activate the bulk material column and guide the material in a controlled manner towards the outlet. This reduces typical storage-related issues such as bridging and inactive zones.
Continuous material flow without blockages
The RotoEX silo discharge system enables uniform activation of bulk material across the entire silo diameter of up to approx. 6 m. The robust design supports reliable residual emptying, even under demanding material conditions. Depending on requirements, the RotoEX system can be configured with one or multiple agitators.
Designed for demanding operating conditions
The robust construction of the RotoEX system is intended for continuous operation in silo installations. Good accessibility of components facilitates maintenance and supports reliable, low-disruption operation. The system is suitable for both new installations and retrofitting of existing silos.
