& Pendular Chutes PSC
Reliable and precise diversion and distribution of bulk material flows using DI MATTEO Diverter Flaps and Pendular Chutes
Application
Diverter Flaps and Pendular Chutes are used for the targeted diversion and distribution of bulk material flows in conveying and process systems. They are typically installed downstream of silos, storage bins or conveyors to direct material streams to two or more discharge points.

Reliable distribution of material flows
DI MATTEO Diverter Flaps and Pendular Chutes enable controlled diversion or distribution of bulk material flows into multiple conveying paths. Depending on the design, material can be fully diverted to a selected outlet or distributed to several discharge points, allowing flexible adaptation to different process requirements.
Robust design for demanding applications
The systems feature a compact and highly robust design, ensuring reliable operation even under demanding conditions and when handling abrasive or high-temperature bulk materials. To further extend service life, versions with wear-resistant, replaceable liners are available, particularly suited for highly abrasive materials.
Maintenance-friendly design and flexible actuation
Inspection openings provide easy access for maintenance and servicing without the need for complete disassembly. Depending on application requirements, various actuation options are available, including manual, electric, pneumatic or hydraulic designs.
Benefits
- Reliable distribution of bulk material streams to two or more conveying lines
- Suitable for simple diversion or defined splitting of the material flow
