Reliable distribution of material flows
The DI MATTEO Diverter Valve ZephiroSPLIT is used in pneumatic conveying systems to reliably divert or distribute material flows. Depending on configuration, material streams can either be split into multiple pipelines or combined from several inlet lines into a single outlet.
Flexible distribution and combining of material flow
- Type 1: One conveying line is divided into two or more pipelines to enable flexible, demand-driven material distribution.
- Type 2: Multiple inlet lines are combined into a single pipeline to efficiently consolidate the material flow.
Optimised design for efficient operation
The pneumatically actuated Diverter Valve ZephiroSPLIT enables rapid switching of material flows through precise movement of the slide plate. The flow- and energy-optimised design avoids impact edges within the conveying line and contributes to reduced pressure losses.
