ODM - Docking Station BOX
Reliable material reception with DI MATTEO Docking Stations – for efficient intake and downstream conveying of bulk materials
Application
Docking Stations are used for the controlled reception and onward transfer of bulk materials. Depending on configuration, they are suitable for feeding by truck, walking floor trailer, wheel loader or crane systems.
Efficient and flexible bulk material reception
DI MATTEO Docking Stations provide a reliable and energy-efficient solution for handling a wide range of bulk materials. The integrated screw discharge floor ensures a uniform material flow, reduces the risk of bridging and segregation, and minimises residual material – supporting high process efficiency with low operating costs. Optional dust extraction systems contribute to a clean working environment, while an integrated traffic light system enables a controlled and coordinated delivery process.
Modular design for extended flexibility
Docking Stations are available in two basic configurations – with transversely (Q) or longitudinally (L) arranged screws. Depending on design, they can be adapted to different feeding situations and operational requirements. Functions such as closing when not in use, collection and return of spill material, as well as buffering and discharge of larger material volumes, are available depending on configuration.
