The Injector Rotary Valve combines the function of a conventional rotary valve with an injector principle, enabling efficient feeding of bulk materials into pneumatic conveying systems.

The DI MATTEO Injector Rotary Valve uses a dedicated injector principle to reliably feeding bulk materials into pneumatic conveying lines. Targeted, flow-optimised air injection ensures uniform transfer of material into the conveying pipeline while minimising pressure losses and maintaining stable conveying conditions.
Adaptable to different bulk materials
Depending on design and configuration, the Injector Rotary Valve is suitable for fine powders as well as coarse-grained, abrasive or high-temperature bulk materials. Various sealing systems and wear protection concepts allow application-specific design for different conveying conditions, bulk densities and particle characteristics.
