Application
The injector system is designed for continuous pressure conveying of pneumatically conveyable bulk materials. Conveying is carried out exclusively via a pipeline or hose, without the need for mechanical conveying elements.

DI MATTEO Injector System provides a space-saving and economical solution for the continuous conveying of pneumatically suitable bulk materials. Thanks to its compact design and minimal installation effort, the system can be easily integrated into existing conveying lines.
Versatile application options
The Injector Systemn is suitable for a wide range of bulk materials, from free-flowing to poor-flowing products. Depending on configuration, abrasive, hot or otherwise challenging materials such as secondary fuels, sewage sludge or filter dusts can also be conveyed reliably. Typical applications are found in low-pressure pneumatic conveying systems.
Easy to maintain and adaptable
The mechanically simple design without moving conveying components reduces maintenance requirements and increases operational reliability. System design can be adapted to material-specific and process-related requirements, enabling stable and continuous conveying with comparatively low investment costs.
