The Loading and Unloading Conveyor is designed for reliable bulk material handling from storage boxes, rectangular silos, and similar storage units. It is particularly suited for installations with large storage capacities and demanding operating conditions.

The DI MATTEO Loading and Unloading Conveyor enables continuous charging and reclaiming of bulk materials from rectangular silos, storage boxes or similar containers. The vertically adjustable design ensures uniform material pickup and controlled transfer to the discharge point.
Robust design for high-duty operation
The compact and robust construction ensures long service life and reliable operation under high loads. Depending on requirements, the conveyor is available in a heavy-duty design. Wear- and corrosion-resistant materials, such as a forged fork link chain, provide high load capacity. Wear components are bolted and can be replaced easily when required.
Flexible configuration for efficient operation
The Loading and Unloading Conveyor features vertical adjustment, allowing automated and process-reliable charging and discharging. With installation lengths of up to 30 m, the system provides an efficient solution for various storage geometries. Due to comparatively low investment and operating costs, it is particularly suitable for applications with high storage capacities.
