Application
The Discharge System MovingFLOOR is designed for continuous discharge and intermediate storage of bulk materials and piece goods from rectangular silos, bunkers and comparable storage units. It is particularly applied for large material volumes and variable discharge conditions.
Controlled conveying of bulk materials and piece goods
The DI MATTEO Discharge System MovingFLOOR enables continuous and uniform discharge across the entire storage area. The enclosed, moving floor transports the material in a controlled direction of travel and is suitable for both bulk materials and coarse piece goods. The operating principle reduces bridging and supports stable emptying, even with poor-flowing or heterogeneous materials.
Flexible configuration for different storage concepts
MovingFLOOR can be used as a discharge system or for intermediate storage of large material volumes. Depending on configuration, silo volumes of up to approx. 2,400 m³ and lengths of up to approx. 32 m can be realised. In suitable designs, the system can be accessed by truck or wheel loader, reducing internal material handling and simplifying logistics processes.
Robust construction and operational reliability
The rigid steel structure is designed for high mechanical loads. All drive components are arranged outside the storage area, facilitating maintenance and supporting reliable continuous operation. The modular design allows application-specific adjustment of floor lengths and segmentation, depending on material characteristics and plant layout.
