ODM - Discharge Systems PushFLOOR SBF
Continuous discharge of bulk materials from silos and bunkers using the DI MATTEO Discharge System PushFLOOR
Application
The Discharge System PushFLOOR is designed for the discharge of poor-flowing bulk materials from silos, bunkers and comparable storage structures. It is particularly applied in installations with large storage cross-sections and demanding material characteristics.
Reliable solution for poor-flowing bulk materials
The DI MATTEO Discharge System PushFLOOR enables continuous discharge of poor-flowing materials, such as alternative fuels, from rectangular bunkers and round silos. The stepwise movement of the floor units conveys the bulk material towards the discharge opening in a controlled manner. Uniform activation of the storage area reduces bridging and inactive zones, supporting controlled emptying of large material volumes.
Efficient space utilisation and high load capacity
With structural lengths of up to approx. 30 m and variable widths, the system can be adapted to different storage geometries. The design allows truck or wheel loader access, enabling intermediate storage areas to be functionally integrated into the material flow. Depending on configuration, silo volumes of up to approx. 2,000 m³ can be realised. Discharge capacity can be adjusted to process requirements via the travel speed of the floor elements.
Durable, maintenance-friendly and efficient
The robust construction is designed for high mechanical loads. All drive components are located outside the storage area, facilitating maintenance access and reducing wear within the material zone. Reinforced versions are available depending on requirements, making the system suitable for demanding operating conditions.
