ODM - Receiving Hopper ANB
Flexible Receiving Hoppers from DI MATTEO for material reception, intermediate storage and efficient downstream conveying of bulk materials
Application
Receiving Hoppers provide an efficient solution for the reception, intermediate storage and controlled transfer of bulk materials. These systems ensure smooth material flow and can be flexibly adapted to different process requirements and site-specific conditions.
Flexible feeding for diverse requirements
DI MATTEO Receiving Hoppers are designed for maximum flexibility and can be adapted to a wide range of operating conditions. They can be structurally integrated into existing plants and, depending on configuration, support various feeding methods such as walking-floor trailers, tipper trucks, wheel loaders or crane systems. This ensures reliable and efficient material feeding under changing conditions.
Efficient discharge and controlled material flow
Receiving hoppers can be equipped with different discharge systems, including MovingFLOOR, PushFLOOR systems or Screw Conveyors. These systems enable controlled discharge and dosing of bulk materials and, if required, temporary buffering – providing a stable basis for downstream processes.
Application-specific options
To adapt the system to specific operating requirements, various optional features are available, including dust extraction systems for clean working environments and low-emission processes. This allows the Receiving Hopper to be expanded and precisely configured to customer-specific needs.
