ODM - Discharge and Dosing Screw Systems ScrewDOS® TSF
Reliable, continuous discharge and dosing of bulk materials from silos and hoppers using the DI MATTEO Discharge and Dosing Screw Systems
Application
The Discharge and Dosing Screw System is primarily installed beneath silos and hoppers to ensure precise dosing and a stable material flow. Depending on the configuration, the discharge system is also suitable for mass flow discharge.
Optimised discharge and dosing of bulk materials
The DI MATTEO Discharge and Dosing Screw System ScrewDOS® provides an efficient solution for the discharge and simultaneous dosing of free-flowing and poor-flowing bulk materials. During silo and hopper emptying, material-related effects such as bridging or shaft formation can impair material flow. The ScrewDOS® system reliably counteracts these effects, ensuring uniform and uninterrupted discharge even with demanding materials.
Versatile application and flexibility
The ScrewDOS® system combines reliable operation with high flexibility. It can be used for horizontal as well as slightly inclined discharge applications. Screw geometry, length and the number of screw shafts can be individually adapted to process requirements. This versatility enables use across a wide range of applications and supports high conveying capacities, including mass flow discharge, depending on configuration.
Reliability and ease of maintenance
The well-engineered design of the ScrewDOS® system minimises residual material and helps prevent storage-related issues. The system is designed for ease of maintenance and delivers high operational reliability, even when handling cohesive or highly dispersed bulk materials. Reliable operation and precise dosing make the ScrewDOS® discharge system a robust solution for continuous material flow.
