Shredding

Reliable handling of alternative fuels
Alternative fuels such as RDF, SRF, fluff, sewage sludge, animal meal and biomass often have varying material characteristics. Differences in composition, particle size, bulk density and moisture content can affect material flow, discharge behaviour and dosing accuracy. Dust generation and potential fire and explosion hazards also place specific demands on plant design and operation.
Our machines and plants are engineered according to the characteristics of the fuel, the required conveying and dosing capacities, and the requirements of the thermal process. Depending on the application, the solution may cover individual process stages or the complete material flow from reception and storage through to controlled feeding.
